The pick up is in the hotel, also getting back to it after finishing the tour. This is a private tour, you won´t waste your time as in the regular ones, where you would have to wait for all the passengers to get on the bus in each hotel. The vehicle is available only for you and your family or group, obviously always with the tour guide supporting.
