Hiking from Jinshanling Great Wall to Simatai Great Wall

Route 1: The ticket office of Jinshanling - west part of Simatai - parking lot of Simatai
Length: 10km
Number of watch towers: 36
Hike: 4 hours
Set out at 3:00pm in the afternoon to Jingshanling Great Wall. Stay over night in a hostel on foot of the wall or in sleeping bag on the wall, enjoy sunset before dinner and get up early to catch sunrise. Then hike for 4 hours until west part of Simatai Great Wall. Back in Beijing around 2:00pm.
Route 2: The ticket of Jinshanling-west part of Simatai-east part of Simatai-parking lot of Simatai
Length : 13km
Number of watchtowers: 48
Hike: 6 hours
Set out at 3:00pm in the afternoon to Jingshanling Great Wall. Stay over night in a hostel on foot of the wall or in sleeping bag on the wall, enjoy sunset before dinner and get up early to catch sunrise. Then hike for 6 hours until east part of Simatai Great Wall. Back in Beijing around 4:00pm.
