My Berlin for You - Sightseeing, Culture and Fun
I was born in Italy and came to Germany in the beginning of the 80s to study at the Freie Universität. At that time I worked as a professional translator and interpreter.
Today I’m a DIN-certified tourist guide based in Berlin.

To be a tourist guide is a great opportunity to meet new people from all over the world.
My aim as a dedicated tourist guide is to give each one of my guests the insider knowledge to understand the beat of this city.

Here you will find some tours, which I'll be pleased to customize for you.

During a guided tour you will not only get acquainted with the city's landmarks but also with its history, urban development and the bits and pieces which shape city life.

Some itineraries invite you to visit less well known but nevertheless interesting and multicultural sites.

All tours are available on foot, in combination with public transportation, bicycle and coach and can be booked by independent travellers as well as groups and travel agencies.

Do not hesitate to contact me to find more about my tours, tours fees and my special prices for small groups.

Guided tour #4: Jewish Berlin

Duration : 1 day
Berlin has never had a ghetto. Jewish life and culture however were more concentrated in some districts than in others. We will start our tour where the first Synagogue inaugurated in 1713 stood. Then we will continue visiting the quarter where the most important institutions of the Jewish Community had their seat. This quarter is connetcted with the settlement and the growth of the Jewish Community starting from the late 17th century to the present. We will then visit the Memorial to the Assassinated European Jews and the Jewish Museum. At your request I can offer you a guided tour on the Architecture of the Jewish Museum and accompany you through the exhibition. I can also accompany you to the Jewish Cemetery in Weißensee, one of the most important Jewish Cemeteries in Europe.

Guided tour #5: Potsdam

Duration : 1 day
During your sojourn in Berlin you should not miss to visit Potsdam. This town together with its skilful landscaped parks has been enlisted on the UNESCO Cultural Heritage since 1990. Potsdam was the second most important residence of the Prussian Royal Court after Berlin. It served both as a representative residencial seat and as a garrison town. This mixture has shaped both the town and its sourroundings giving birth to a peculiar cultural blend named Potsdamer Kulturlandschaft (Potsdam Cultural Landscape). Visit the old town, the beautiful Royal Palaces and their charming parks. Savour the Postdam blend taking a day trip walking through beautiful sceneries and places where history was made (e.g. Cecilienhof and the Potsdam Agreement 1945).
