Routes to your roots – evolution of holiness in the Holy City
Chapter 1: The foundation of an Israelite capital and a holy center. Understanding King David’s mind while viewing the City of David and David's palace, going through the underground immense water system & tunnels and seeing the newly excavated Pool of Siloam & streets leading to it.
Chapter 2: The thrilling story of the second temple – visiting the archeological garden, going through the unforgettable remains of “the biggest project man ever made” (Roman historian Tacitus). Possible tour of the Western Wall Tunnels.
Chapter 3: Viewing Temple Mount from a high point and learning how it became a Moslem holy site.
