I like to learn and discover the Biographies of the great artists like Brunelleschi or Michelangelo. I mean I like to search all the little details in old documents regarding great italian artists, mostly florentines artists.I also like to go along ancient path on the woods of the florentine's hills to have a special relax, discovering our plants and flowers and fixed them in my photos!!!

If it's your first time in Florence, this could be the first step to start the discovering of the beauties of the ''Flower's town''. Starting from the religious center, with the Cathedral, the Giotto's Campanile (belltower) and the Baptistery and going through the ancient Dante's Alighieri district, reaching at the end, the political center town:''Piazza della Signoria'' and its ''Palazzo Vecchio'' the old seat of the ancient gouvernement of the florentine state (today is the municipality seat); ''The Loggia dei Lanzi'', a open air museum...going to the Arno river, passing by the ''Uffizi Gallery'' and reaching the ''Old Bridge'', the emblem of of city.

The tour I'll describe here depend of the hotel in Florence the clients are staying, because I will pick up them directly from the hotel's reception. During the walking tour I will introduce the history of our town describing what we can see along the way.
But finally we can enter into the Uffizi Gallery (reservation required)and we'll continue our walking tour through the century, admiring the chronogical painting exhibition of the Gallery. I'll write here some artist name that we will meet along our special walk: Giotto, Masaccio, Filippo Lippi, Botticelli, Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Raffaello, Tiziano, Tintoretto and many many others.
