Stretching out between the high Atlas mountains and the volcanic ranges of Jbel Saghrou, geologically it consists of two river valleys, are Mgoun and the Dadès. The Rose valley is famous for its rose growing which have been cultivated here for centuries.
A wonderful mule trek takes us through these peaceful valleys, surrounded by colorful foothills and pinky mountain ranges. We walk on well-defined mountain paths crossing charming berber villages, which give us an insight into the simple lives of these hardy mountain people.
From April to May, the valley of roses gives off a pleasant scent and is covered with multi-coloured flowers. The gathering process, traditionally a woman's task, requires great dexterity and patience. The flowers are carefully cut one by one and laid in willow baskets which are then sent to the distilleries.

Situated at a short distance south of Marrakesh. Mount Toubkal, locally known as the mountain of mountains, has been an attraction to curious trekkers and adventurers for over ninety years. It is a true paradise for all lovers of high mountains and peaks.
Above its 4167 meters, the Jbel Toubkal watches over in silence the green valleys that surround it. This trek will take you through impressive landscapes on well-marked trails, surprisingly not too strenuous, and along the way you will pass through remote villages and terraced fields offering you an insight into the daily life of the friendly berber people.
On the top of Jbel Toubkal, you will enjoy fine panoramas of the high Atlas ranges. The summit offers dramatic views in all directions, to the Anti-Atlas mountains of Siroua, to the Marrakech plains and the row of sharp granite peaks that surround it.
