one of the oldest cities in Poland, regarded by UNESCO as one of the world's twelve most significant historic sites, was also chosen to be one of the cultural cities of Europe in 2000. It is a place rich in historic sites such as the Royal Castle with its Cathedral, the biggest medieval Market Square in Central Europe, and the former Jewish quarter -Kazimierz. There is the oldest university in Poland - the Jagiellonian University founded in the 14th century. Krakow (Cracow) is known for its many avant-garde underground pubs, theatres and a romantic park surrounding the heart of the downtown.

full day (8h-9h): 450 PLZ (about 100 EUR, 125 USD)

Zakopane (Tatra Mountains)
Zakopane is located 100 kilometers (62 miles) from Cracow.
Itinerary:
-transfer by car from your hotel to Zakopane (about 2 hours) with the assistance of English speaking guide-tour escort
-guided tour in Zakopane (by car): the most beautiful wooden buildings and churches in Zakopane style architecture (the famous chapel in Jaszczurowka), the panorama of Zakopane from Cyrhla Hill, the natural ski jump
-cable car trip to the summit of Gubalowka Mount (the panorama of Tatra Mountain)
-lunch in the regional restaurant
-free time for shopping on the local market (leather shoes, furs, local food like smoked sheep's cheese etc) and a stroll along a well known Krupówki promenade
