Guided tour #2: Jewish Heritage sites

Duration : 1 day
Warsaw, before WWI was the city with the second largest Jewish population in the world after New York. Out of 1,3 million Varsovians nearly half a million was of Jewish heritage.

The Jewish Heritage Tour focuses on exploring the traces of Jewish presence prior to World War II and the period of Holocaust during the war. The tour includes the visit by the Ghetto Uprising Memorial, Path of Remeberance, Mila 18, Umschlag Platz, Jewish Historical Institute, Jewish synagogue, Jewish Theatre, Jewish Cemetery. We shall drive to see the fragment of the original Ghetto wall, the true witness of those times.
