Making Barcelona shine for you!
I'm a Barcelona NATIVE and CERTIFIED tourguide. My clients say I'm very knowledgeable and professional, but also FUN, welcoming and caring for the details.
I have been always IN LOVE with my city, and my goal is to share this passion with travelers.
I SPECIALIZE IN PRIVATE TOURS for couples, families and small groups travelling together (friends or coworkers), and I love it!
I'm also very VERSATILE: I'm one of the few certified tourguides offering EPICUREAN tours (markets, food stores, tapas tours...), I can also give GARDEN tours (my grandmother passed me her love for nature), and I've got also a lot of experience showing the local JEWISH heritage.
Also, as a certified guide I'm allowed to SKIP THE LINES to enter museums and other sites. That saves a lot of time, and in some places we'll even be given a reduced tourguide fee!
My over 10 years experience giving private tours has made me become quite EMPATHIC: I'm good at grasping my clients needs and giving them what they really want.
Because there is a Barcelona for every visitor!

So much to see in Barcelona, so little time! Let me optimise your visit in this tour in private minivan with driver. It’s the fastest way to move around, and also the most comfortable. Specially recommended for families with kids or people who can’t walk too much!
And we’ll get to sites that are harder to reach by your own means!

Tapas are the most fun way to eat in Spain: small samples of a variety of dishes to share: meat, fish and seafood, vegetables, sausages and ham, egg, cheese... fried, grilled, sautée, fresh... spicy or not... traditional or fancy...
In this tour I'll take you hopping from tapas bar to tapas bar in the Old Town the way Spaniards do. We'll discover how different regions of Spain prepare them, we'll try different specialities and local products, experiencing from the shabbiest taberns, to the traditional bars to the trendiest design venues. An itinerary conceived to show you the great variety of the Tapas World, and a wonderful approach to the creativity of the Spanish cooking!
WALKING TOUR (no transportation included, but... never more than 5 minutes walk from bar to bar!)
Fee includes my guiding around the Old Town alleys, translating and assisting you in the bars, and of course recomending the specialities of each place that you are likely to enjoy the most!
Fee does not include food/drinks. Unfortunately, if I included a fee, that would spoil the fun of improvising and a closed budget would limit our choices. Not including the food/drink gives you complete freedom to decide what you'd like to try, what kind of drinks you'd like to have (from a local beer or a coke to the finest wine glass!)... To me your satisfaction and your freedom to decide are the most important things!
Since we need to adapt to the bars opening hours, the tour MUST be run in the following schedule:
- LUNCH TOUR: noon to 4pm.
- DINNER TOUR: 8pm to midnight.
Note: the bars included in the itinerary may vary depending on the venues holydays and opening hours.

Montserrat is the spiritual heart of Catalonia and a Natural Park.
In our trip we'll see impressive views of the Holy Mountain and enter the Basilica.
Depending on the time available, date of the tour and your interests, we can also visit their impressive Art Museum, or their Audiovisual and exhibit on the life at the Monastery. We can also check out the farmers market and buy more local products at the bakery and the souvenir shop.
Or if you like nature and hiking there is a range of paths that take you into the mountain and away from the crowds of pilgrims and tourists: the 20min walk around the Via Crucis, the 2h round trip to the Holy Cave chapel, the 45min walk down from the top of St. Joan funicular to the Monastery...
---------
After that we'll head for the Penedès Wine Country where we'll visit a cellar to learn the process of wine or cava (local sparkling wine) making and how this industry has always been attached to our country.
I offer you a range of wineries to visit: from monumental ones to family-owned, organic, artisan, award-winners... Tell me about your interests and style, and I'll choose the best place for you!
TRANSPORTATION IN PRIVATE MINIVAN FOR UPTO 6 PASSENGERS + DRIVER + TOURGUIDE. If your group was larger, please contact me to get a budget for larger vehicles.
Entrance fees and lunch are not included.

The Dalí Museum of Figueres, Dalí's home town, is considered to be the largest surrealist work in the world, as it was personally designed by Dalí not to look as a museum but a piece of art-work. It features one of the best collections of Dalí’s works in the world. See the famous Basket of Bread, the Galarina, and the Rainy Cadillac, among others. And be surprised to see the unusual place where he chose to to be buried.
After a great tour where you'll discover the inner world of Dalí, his fears, secrets and symbology, we'll head to the town of Girona, famous for its charmingly preserved old quarter.
There we can visit there the Cathedral, the Jewish Quarter with its museum, the gardens beside the medieval walls and the medieval baths). And Ill tell you the history and many tales and legends and traditions of this gorgeous city!
After lunch in some wonderful local restaurant, we'll head back to Barcelona.

We'll drive to Tarragona to visit the remains of the Imperial Tarraco City (walls, forum area, amphitheater… Declared Human Heritage by the UNESCO), and its historic medieval area and the Cathedral.
After this trip back into the past, we'll drive to Sitges for lunch. This charming town by the Mediterrean sea was craddle of the Modernism in Barcelona when the bohemian artists of the first generation of the Catalan Modernist Movement gathered there at the end of the 18 hundreds. We'll see the houses built by the immigrants that came back rich from America, and also walk around its cute old section with whitewashed houses.
